Our boys in 2nd class made their First Communion on May 19th. We were blessed with the weather as the day was beautiful and warm. The boys were handsome in their blazers. Each child had a part to play during the ceremony and all were fantastic; a great credit to their parents and their teacher, Mrs O’Brien. On Monday 21st, after they had their photographs taken in the hall, we all went to the school kitchen for a party, the best part of the morning. They all enjoyed themselves and more importantly they got to go home early when the party was over. A huge thanks to the Parents’ Association for organising the party and supplying the goodies. Yum! Yum!
